Dr. Rachmilovitz has almost two decades of experience in all forms of legal writing, as well as in other disciplines and for various audiences
From her days as a young law student, writing papers that placed her at the top of her class, through her two prestigious clerkships and several outstanding scholarly articles, Dr. Rachmilovitz has developed a passion for rigorous legal writing that immensely benefits her clients, even beyond law.
Her writing clients include a roster of professionals, businesses and organizations. Dr. Rachmilovitz drafts and edits a range of materials, including books, scholarly articles, legal documents, policy documents, and marketing materials in the fields of law, economics and social sciences (to name a few) and for any type of audience. She has blogged for the Israeli Supreme Court Project at Cardozo Law School, written website content for leading accounting firms and restaurants in Israel, and even guides higher-education applicants and students on application materials or writing assignments, respectively. Additionally, she designs and manages clients' social media presence, and has written press releases for the Constitutional Court of South Africa.
Dr. Rachmilovitz has experience in drafting practitioners’ work-product. Dr. Rachmilovitz has spent much of her time working at a Los-Angeles-based nonprofit responding to discovery requests in unlawful detainer cases; preparing cases for trials, including interviewing client and drafting of jury documents; and writing motions, such as motions to set aside judgments, motions to amend answers and motions for attorney's fees.
